It’s the 14 th of February- the world is an adorable sight- full of pink and red hearts, teddy bears, flowers and lovey-dovey messages flooding social media! Valentine’s Day has come a long way- from being a celebration of Universal love to becoming the most romantic day of the year for couples. While the latter is just a narrow version of what this day was meant to be, for me it’s about celebrating the feeling of Love- towards oneself and towards humanity. It all beings with ‘Self’ “Fall in Love with someone who enjoys your madness, Not an Idiot who forces you to be normal.”   I read this line on the internet a long while ago and it’s been my mantra ever since. But it was only sometime back that the real message behind this quote dawned on me.
